Common Referral FAQs

How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like, up to $500 of credit in any 12-month period. Refer ten friends, and your next few cleans are effectively free.

When exactly do I get my $40?

Within 7 days of your friend’s first clean being completed and paid in full. If their booking is cancelled or refunded, the credit doesn’t issue.

Can my friend use it on an end of lease clean?

Yes. It applies to any service, as long as the booking total is $250 or more including GST.

Can I take the $40 as cash?

No. Credit can only be used against Call The Cleaners services. It isn’t transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash.

Does it stack with other discounts?

Referral credit can’t be combined with another promotional discount code on the same booking.

My friend already had a quote from you. Still counts?

Only if they’ve never had a completed booking with us and aren’t at the same address as an existing customer.

Referral program terms and conditions

Last updated: [07-20-2026]. Call The Cleaners Australia [ABN 81595876824] (“we”, “us”).

Who can refer. Any person aged 18+ with a completed Call The Cleaners booking, using the unique referral link issued to their account.
Who qualifies as a referred friend. A person aged 18+ who has never had a completed booking with us, is not a member of the referrer’s household, and is not at a service address already registered to an existing customer.
The friend’s benefit. $40 (including GST) off their first completed booking, where the booking total is $250 or more including GST before the discount. The discount must be applied at the time of booking via the referral link or referral code; it cannot be applied retrospectively.
The referrer’s benefit. $40 (including GST) in account credit, issued within 7 days after the referred friend’s first booking is completed and paid in full.
Nature of credit. Account credit is redeemable only against Call The Cleaners services. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and will not be refunded in cash under any circumstances. It expires 12 months after it is issued.
Limits. A maximum of $500 in referral credit per referrer in any rolling 12-month period. One referral discount per referred friend. Referral credit cannot be combined with any other promotional code or discount on the same booking.
If the job doesn’t go ahead. If a referred friend’s booking is cancelled, not paid in full, charged back, or refunded, no referral credit is issued. Credit already issued may be reversed in those circumstances.
Privacy. We do not contact your friends on your behalf. You share your referral link yourself. When a referred friend books, we record that the booking came from your link so we can apply both benefits. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Misuse. We may withhold or reverse benefits and close referral access where we reasonably believe the program has been misused — including self-referral, fake accounts, duplicate addresses, or posting referral links on coupon, cashback or discount-aggregator sites.
Changes. We may vary or end this program at any time. Credit already issued before a change will still be honoured until its expiry date. Bookings already made under the program will be honoured on the terms that applied when they were made.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
